We are committed to equality of opportunity. For every Encore Team Member to have role models with whom they identify and can be inspired by and to ensure that we are representative of the communities we serve. The data is clear; a diverse business is a better business. Clusivity is an important partner in measuring our success against our goals.

- Nicholas Rudge

Managing Director - ENCORE EMEA

Clusivity has helped us to put undeniable data and feedback against things that we knew, but we didn’t really know.
Now we can get buy-in by saying, “here is the issue, and we should address it. Over time, we can use the Clusivity index
as our internal benchmark and keep us accountable.

- Naomi Curtis

Senior Analyst - CIL Management Consultants

Clusivity has been a brilliant initiative. The suggested action plan confirmed that we are already doing some things well and close to best practice. The scorecard showed us where we could be putting in a bit more effort, and will be a valuable tool to measure progress.

FAQ

Have any questions?

Yes, we are internationally compliant.

In our data-gathering exercises, we do not gather any personally identifiable information. This enables us to gather race/ethnicity data in geographies such as France and Germany.

Our clients include companies with offices in the UK, US, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and Australia.

For these geographies, we have locally-configured data-gathering tools in the local language using inclusive language.

We go beyond race/ethnicity and gender. In our work, we also cover sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic background, religion/faith and caring responsibilities.

This is your chance to help your organisation combat systemic discrimination and bias in the workplace.

Plus, building a more inclusive workplace benefits everyone – whether you belong to an under-represented or historically marginalised group or not. Cultivating a culture of respect and belonging enables everyone to express their individual differences. And your organisation is more likely to benefit from a range of perspectives that could shape new projects, products, and services.

Will my employer be able to trace my answers back to me?
No, our platform is 100% anonymous. One of the main reasons why your employer is working with Clusivity is to protect your privacy and confidentiality.

HR will not be able to deduce who you are based on your characteristics, because they will not see your answers alongside your gender, ethnicity, department etc.

The results are grouped into average ratings and scores. We only display answers if there is a large enough sample size for a particular group.

After the survey closes, your HR, People or Culture teams will receive a dashboard of results. We pinpoint the priority areas where your organisation can improve. We then provide a personalised action plan to improve.

We encourage your employer to measure the impact of these actions every 12 months.
